- Loads the service and binds its HTTP server on the given Unix socket, removing a stale socket file first; reports ready to the front process once bound.
  Parameters
  - Optionalpath: string
    the socket path the front process assigned
  Returns void
  
  Throws
  an Error when no socket path is given
