Variable verify

Type Declaration

• • (alg: any, pub: any, message: any, signature: any): any

  • Verifies a signature; a composite verifies only when both halves do.

    Parameters

    • alg: any

      one of PQ_ALGS

    • pub: any

      the public key as generate() returns it

    • message: any

      the signed bytes

    • signature: any

      the signature to check

    Returns any

    true when the signature verifies; false for a composite of the wrong length

    Throws

    Error when alg is not one this module can verify
