Type Declaration

- (alg: any): { priv: any; pub: any }
- Generates a key pair for a post-quantum or composite algorithm.
  
  An ML-DSA private key is its 32-byte seed (RFC 9964 section 3.2); an SLH-DSA one is its secret key; a composite's is the ML-DSA seed followed by the traditional private key, and its public key the two public keys concatenated.
  Parameters
  - alg: any
    one of PQ_ALGS
  Returns { priv: any; pub: any }

  Throws
  Error when alg is not one of PQ_ALGS
