Variable release

release: (scopeId: any, caId: any, serialHex: any) => any = release

Type Declaration

- (scopeId: any, caId: any, serialHex: any): any
- Releases a certificateHold, taking the serial off the list and bumping the CRL number.
  
  Any other reason is permanent under RFC 5280 and is refused, as is a serial that is not revoked.
  Parameters
  - scopeId: any
    the scope holding the authority
  - caId: any
    the authority's CA id
  - serialHex: any
    the held certificate's serial
  Returns any
  { ok: true, why }, or { ok: false, errors } with an error code
