  • Finds one authority by scope and CA id, with its signing material.

    Parameters

    • scopeId: any

      the scope, ignored for the Root

    • caId: any

      root, intermediate or an Issuing CA's use case id

    Returns { ca: string; scope: string; tier: any }

    { scope, ca, tier }, or null when there is no such authority
