Type Declaration

- (lines: string[]): any[]
- Parses general-name lines: dns:, ip:, email:, uri:, upn:, krb5:, rid:, dirname: or othername:<oid>:<base64 DER>.
  Parameters
  - lines: string[]
    the lines
  Returns any[]
  the names, in the encoder's shape
  
  Throws
  an Error (STS-PKI-0078) naming the grammar for a line it cannot read
