Type Declaration

- (body: Record<string, unknown>): Draft
- Reads a posted body into a draft that has every field in it.
  
  A flag is true when present, unless it is a JSON false or the string '0' or 'false'; an absent field takes its default.
  Parameters
  - body: Record<string, unknown>
    the posted form or JSON body
  Returns Draft
