Type Declaration

- (one: any): any
- Reads a certificate's SubjectPublicKeyInfo with pkijs.
  
  Works for a key node cannot read (a post-quantum one); the result is what stsCrypto.publicKeyFromSpki() takes.
  Parameters
  - one: any
    a certificate as certificateFromDer() makes it
  Returns any
  the SubjectPublicKeyInfo, or null when it cannot be read
