registerCertifiable: (spec: any) => boolean = registerCertifiable

Type Declaration

- (spec: any): boolean
- Registers a key another module owns, to be certified by certifyRegistered().
  Parameters
  - spec: any
    useCase, slot, and a publicKeyPem function (the key may not exist yet when it registers)
  Returns boolean
  true when registered, false (and logged) when refused
