  • Runs one build of a scope at a time in the cluster, reading the store first.

    Takes a cluster claim; a node that finds it held waits and adopts the other node's build. Where the store does not arbitrate, this is build().

    Parameters

      the scope

      the tier or tiers being built

    • existing: any

      a function answering what already exists, or null

    • build: any

      the function that builds
