- Lists the keyUsage bits a certificate states, by name.
  Parameters
  - one: any
    a certificate as certificateFromDer() makes it
  Returns Promise<any>
  a promise of the names, or null when the certificate states no keyUsage (which, as Go reads it, permits nothing)
