Type Declaration

- (pemText: any): { certificates: any[]; unreadable: number }
- Reads every certificate in a PEM bundle.
  
  A block that does not parse is counted and skipped, never fatal, so one bad paste does not lose the rest of an operator's anchors.
  Parameters
  - pemText: any
    the PEM text
  Returns { certificates: any[]; unreadable: number }
  { certificates, unreadable }, the certificates as certificateFromDer() makes them and the count of blocks skipped
