  • Makes sure a surface's client entry carries the redirect URI a sign-in is about to use.

    With global.publicBaseUrl set nothing is learnt; otherwise development adds the URI up to oidcRp.maxRedirectUris, and product refuses a flow at an address the entry does not carry.
