Type Declaration

- (realmId: string, id: string): Promise<string>
- Makes one claimed attempt of one message. Never rejects.
  Parameters
  - realmId: string
    the realm
  - id: string
    the message's id
  Returns Promise<string>
  a promise of sent, captured, retry, dead, or why nothing was done (not-due, claimed-elsewhere, deferred, gone)
