Type Declaration

- (hooks: any): boolean
- Fills the persistence store's hooks the keystore reads and writes keys through; persistence.js fills it.
  
  Validated whole: hooks without loadKeys and saveKeys are refused (STS-KEYS-0026).
  Parameters
  - hooks: any
    the store's hooks
  Returns boolean
  true when installed, false when refused
