- Computes an HMAC under a key derived from the key-encryption key, for a fingerprint that must not be readable by dictionary.
  Parameters
  - label: any
    the HKDF info the HMAC key is derived with
  - text: any
    the text to digest
  Returns any
  the digest, or null without a key-encryption key
