Type Declaration

- (candidate: any, held: any): boolean
- Tells whether a candidate blob is the same key set as the held one, at the same generation, carrying at least everything held and strictly more of something.
  Parameters
  - candidate: any
    the offered blob
  - held: any
    the held blob
  Returns boolean
  true when the candidate enriches the held set
