- Computes the RFC 9278 JWK Thumbprint URI of a key, cached by its internal kid.
  Parameters
  - internalKid: any
    the key's internal kid, the cache key
  - publicJwkOf: any
    the key's public JWK, or a function answering it, called only on a cache miss
  Returns any
  the thumbprint URI
  
  Throws
  Error when there is no key, or RFC 7638 has no thumbprint for its type
