- (useCaseId: any, signer: any): {}
- Builds the x5c and x5u header members for one signature, as the use case's setting asks.
  
  Never throws: a use case switched off, a key with no certificate, a certificate over another key (STS-PKI-0163) or a failure (STS-PKI-0164) all answer {}, and the token is signed without them.
  Parameters

    the use case the signature belongs to
  - signer: any
    what helpers.certificateHeaderFor() resolved: the realm, the certificate slot, the key's kid and a function answering its SubjectPublicKeyInfo
