Type Declaration

- (username: any, kind: string, facts: any): any
- Records a verification of this service's own after a wallet or client certificate sign-in, covering the claims the entry agrees with.
  
  Only while oauth2.idaAutomaticVerifications is on and a framework is configured. Never throws; a failure is logged (STS-OAUTH-0623) and the sign-in stands.

    what the sign-in verified: claims, and format for a wallet or issuer, serial and notBefore for a certificate
