- Decodes a request body, which arrives as raw text: JSON, multipart form data (every part as text) or form-encoded.
  
  A repeated form parameter keeps its last value; bodyValues() reads every one.
  Parameters

  Returns any
  the parameters; {} for a JSON body that does not parse (STS-CORE-0026)
