- Wraps a data encryption key under the key-encryption key, as $dekwrap$1$<iv>$<tag>$<ciphertext>, binding the AAD given.
  Parameters
  - kek: any
    the key-encryption key
  - key: any
    the DEK, 32 bytes
  - aad: any
    what the wrap is bound to: the DEK's id, scope, realm, class
  Returns string
  the wrapped form
