- Encrypts a plaintext as a compact JWE.
  Parameters
  - plaintext: any
    the plaintext
  - opts: any
    alg (JWE_ALG by default; ML-KEM and HPKE since #82), enc (left out for HPKE Integrated Encryption), jwk (the recipient's key) or secret, typ, cty, zip, and psk / pskId for HPKE
  Returns string
  the compact JWE
  
  Throws
  Error for an unsupported alg, enc or key
