- Encrypts one XML element to a recipient's certificate, wrapped in the element the caller names.
  Parameters
  - xml: any
    the element to encrypt
  - certPem: any
    the recipient's certificate
  - opts: any
    wrapper (saml:EncryptedAssertion by default), algorithm, keyTransport, keyWrap and logArtifact
  Returns string
  the wrapper element's XML
