Variable setPasswordObserver

  • Installs or clears the observer told of a password this file has just verified or written, which derives the person's Kerberos keys.

    The observer may not keep the password, and one that throws is logged without changing the answer.

    Parameters

    • fn: any

      the observer, or null to clear it

    Returns boolean

    true when installed or cleared, false when refused
