Type Declaration

- (realmId: any, work: any): Promise<any>
- Runs the bootstrap once for the cluster, under a claim, giving the claim back only once the writes have committed.
  
  A store that cannot be asked runs nothing (STS-AUTHN-0185).
  Parameters
  - realmId: any
    the realm
  - work: any
    the bootstrap to run
  Returns Promise<any>
  a promise of what work answered, or { ran: false, … } when another node holds the claim or the store could not be asked
