  • Withdraws an application's global consent to a scope: the one door that takes oauthGlobalConsent off an entry.

    Every token of the application carrying the scope is revoked, except for people who agreed to it themselves, and the withdrawal instant is recorded so re-adding the override revives no old grant. This service's own surfaces are not exempt.
