- Returns a set's selected attributes for one person as flat SAML attributes, a nested claim named by its dotted path.
  Parameters
  - setId: unknown
    the claim set id (saml11 attributes carry the default SAML 1.1 namespace)
  - username: unknown
    the person
  Returns any[]
  the attributes, each a name and value
