Type Declaration

- (member: any, registered: any, raw: any): { ok: any; presented: any }
- Says whether a certificate carries what the client registered.
  
  A DN is compared as a name, a dNSName case-insensitively, an IP address by its bytes, an rfc822Name with its host case-folded, and a URI exactly.
  Parameters
  - member: any
    the registered member name
  - registered: any
    the registered value
  - raw: any
    the certificate's DER
  Returns { ok: any; presented: any }
  ok, and presented: what the certificate carries of that kind, for a refusal to quote
