Type Declaration

- (bytes: any, options?: any): Promise<any>
- Parses a PKCS #10 request and checks its proof of possession with the request's own key.
  
  A key-encapsulation key is refused unless the request is only a template.
  Parameters
  - bytes: any
    the DER request
  - Optionaloptions: any
    template, for a request whose key this service will generate
  Returns Promise<any>
  a promise of ok, the DER, the public key, its algorithm and kind, and the subject and names requested; or a refusal
