Type Declaration

- (name: any, entry?: any): boolean
- Answers whether one of EST's switches is on for an entry: the application's own value where it set one, the realm's otherwise.
  Parameters
  - name: any
    basicAuthentication, certificateAuthentication or serverKeyGeneration
  - Optionalentry: any
    { kind, id }, or nothing for the realm's value
  Returns boolean
  true when the switch is on
