Type Declaration

- (family: any): any[]
- Lists every enrolled certificate in the ambient realm, newest first.
  
  Records of another family are recognised on their text and never parsed (#352).
  Parameters
  - family: any
    the family to list; every family when omitted
  Returns any[]
  the records, each with its entry
