fetch: (realmId: string, name: string, home: string) => Promise<Fetched> = CellAttributes.fetch

Type Declaration

- Asks a person's home cell for their credential-free attributes.
  Parameters
  - realmId: string
    the realm
  - name: string
    the person's login name
  - home: string
    their home cell
  Returns Promise<Fetched>
  a promise of { ok: true, projection }, or { ok: false, code, why } when home refused or could not be reached; never rejects
