Type Declaration

- Returns the compact form of report() another cluster node reads: per store the name, sizes, bound and counters, never a row.
  Parameters
  - now: any
    the time in milliseconds; now when omitted
  Returns { at: number; caches: any[][]; pid: string }
  the time, this process's pid and one array per store
