- (req: any, res: any, username: string, secondFactor: boolean): any
- Registers this browser as a device of a signed-in person and sets its cookie.
  
  A browser already remembered for the person is issued its token again.
  Parameters
  - req: any
    the request
  - res: any
    the response the cookie is set on
  - username: string
    the person
  - secondFactor: boolean
    whether the sign-in included a second factor, which starts the skip period
  Returns any
  ok, what was done and the device id; a refusal (STS-DEVICE-0044 or 0043) carries ok: false and error
