Type Declaration

- (password: string): Promise<any>
- Screens one password and remembers the verdict for verdictOf().
  
  Never rejects: a range API that does not answer yields checked: false, logged under STS-AUTHN-0224, and the password is set unscreened.
  Parameters
  - password: string
    the prospective password
  Returns Promise<any>
  a promise of checked, breached, the breach count and why when not checked
