Type Declaration

- (presented: unknown, stored: unknown): boolean
- Compares two codes in constant time, after normalising both.
  Parameters
  - presented: unknown
    the code presented
  - stored: unknown
    the code to compare with
  Returns boolean
  true when they are the same code
