- (identifier: any): string[]
- Returns the roles an application requires of a person before anything is issued to them.
  
  An application that requires nothing, or is unknown, requires the default role (everybody).
  Parameters
  - identifier: any
    the application's identifier
  Returns string[]
  the role names, never empty
