  • Mints a new client secret for an application. A regeneration REPLACES every secret; a rotation (keepPrevious) adds the new one and moves every live one's expiry to the end of oauth2.clientSecretOverlapS (removing them where that is 0).

    ok, the new secret (shown once), the application, when the overlap ends and a message; or ok: false with errors
