Type Declaration

- (value: any): any
- Validates the fields a create was given against the published schema.
  
  An empty value is skipped. An unknown, derived, or repeated single-valued attribute is refused, as is a value its attribute's own check refuses.
  Parameters
  - value: any
    the fields, by attribute name
  Returns any
  ok and the normalised fields, or ok: false with errors
