Type Declaration

- (resource: any, value: any, actor: any): any
- Sets or clears a resource application's permission base URI.
  
  A trailing separator is added when missing, so base plus name reads as a path.
  Parameters
  - resource: any
    the resource application's identifier
  - value: any
    the base URI, or empty to clear it
  - actor: any
    who made the change, for the audit row
  Returns any
  applications.updateApplication()'s result, with a message about the relationship
