Type Declaration

- (jobId: string, opts?: any): any
- Queues a manual run for the leader to pick up at its next tick; a request matching one already queued is that run.
  Parameters
  - jobId: string
    the job's id
  - Optionalopts: any
    realm (for a realm-scoped job), params, requestedBy, via and channel
  Returns any
  { ok: true, runId, run }, or { ok: false, errorCode, status, why } for an unknown or off job, one not run by hand, or an unknown realm
