Variable release

release: (handle: any) => Promise<any> = release

Type Declaration

- (handle: any): Promise<any>
- Gives a claim back because what it guarded did not happen. Only the claim the handle names is released, and a failure leaves it held until it expires.
  Parameters
  - handle: any
    the handle claim() returned
  Returns Promise<any>
  a promise of true when released; it never rejects
