- (value: any): boolean
- Installs the client-certificate truststore and forwards it to the action and read layers; filled by common/protocol_stack.ts.
  Parameters
  - value: any
    an object with list, add and remove functions
  Returns boolean
  true when installed; false, logged under STS-ADMIN-0014, when a function is missing and nothing was installed
