  • Draws a stand-alone rows-per-table form for a drill-down page.

    Submitting it resets every table's page to the first.

    Parameters

    • path: any

      the page the form submits to

    • key: any

      the name of the hidden parameter that selects the drill-down

    • value: any

      that parameter's value

    • perPage: any

      the page size in use

    • OptionalextraNote: any

      optional; a sentence added to the form's note

    • Optionalcarry: any

      optional; the list filter to carry as hidden inputs
