Type Declaration

- (html: any, label?: any): string
- Draws one item of a prose list, folded when longer than a line.
  
  An item opening with a link is never folded; one opening with <code> keeps it in the summary.
  Parameters
  - html: any
    the item as HTML
  - Optionallabel: any
    optional; a summary, which also forces the fold
  Returns string
  the <li> as HTML
