- Changes what the Verifier asks for in its next dcql_query, on /admin/vc-verifier-config.
  Parameters

    the parsed form or JSON body, whose action names the act
  - names: any
    the claim names the form repeated, read at the transport edge
  Returns any
  { ok, errors, … }; an unknown action is refused with the sentence naming every action
