Type Declaration

- (csr: any, order: any, entry: any): string
- Checks a CSR names exactly the order's identifiers, as a set: nothing left over on either side, and no name of a kind the order cannot contain.
  Parameters
  - csr: any
    the parsed CSR
  - order: any
    the order
  - entry: any
    the account's entry
  Returns string
  null when it does, otherwise a sentence
